Lenstec also has a sales office in the United Kingdom which serves Great Britain and facilitates sales in Europe. In addition, Lenstec recently added a European Regional Office in the Slovak Republic.

Lenstec Manufacturing Facility, Barbados
Manufacturing
Lenstec opened its first manufacturing facility in Barbados in 1995. In 2009, after two years of planning and building, the new manufacturing space opened which at 30,000 square feet is double the size of the previous facility and has the growth capacity to meet expected market demand for the next decade.
Following the move into the new facility and successful completion of environmental and production validations, the factory was certified by British Standards Institute, ensuring a seamless supply of Lenstec products to customers. Lenstec first received the CE Mark in 1997.
As a global manufacturer of intraocular lenses for cataract and refractive surgery, Lenstec’s Barbados-based manufacturing operation currently produces in excess of 300,000 IOLs and other ophthalmic devices per year. Lenstec currently employs over 200 people in Barbados.
